「Sunflower」のgatefoldスリーブには、タイトルが「Sunflower」に変更される前の「Add Some Music」アルバムのオリジナルアートワークのインサートが含まれています。
4枚のレコードすべてが、角の丸い標準的なdie-cutホワイトペーパースリーブに入っています。
各アルバムのサイドの最後に、オリジナルのU.S.アルバムトラックシーケンスの追加「Bonus Tracks」が収録されています。
（注：オリジナルのU.K.「Sunflower」アルバムはSide AをCottonfieldで始まりました。
