This version is a 1969 stereo reissue on early green & red-labels, with the following distinguishing attributes:

Green/Red label, 1841 Broadway Address, with cat no. at top right beside logo;

'PR' suffix on label matrices, indicating it was pressed by Presswell;

Gold-stamped 'STEREO' on front of laminated, die-cut, heavy cardboard gatefold sleeve;

MGM pressing logos in runouts, indicating metal work originated at MGM Custom Pressing Division;

Catalogue inner sleeve, with latest advertised releases being SD8214–8219 (January 1969).

Runouts are hand-scribed, except for MGM stamps – the 'ankh' (like an ice cream cone with a bar across it) and the stylised block 'S').
