Misprint reason - Labeled as "stereo" on the labels but actually plays mono. The 1974 Japanese & German releases (Previously Unreleased Recordings and Previously Unreleased Recordings) have this correctly labeled as a mono recording.
There is an unlisted incomplete take of Dark Eyes at the end of side 2 after Grandfather's Waltz.

Recorded in New York May 5, 1964 (side B) & May 6, 1964 (side A) Side A is mono; side B is stereo For track A2 there are different durations given on the label (3:30) and on the back cover (4:40), the latter is correct. Timings for tracks B1 & B2 are significantly different from those on the label (and roughly match those on the CD); measured values are given here. The label states the duration of B1 with 7:05 and that of B2 with 4:00.
