"Blue Note Records Inc - New York USA" on labels BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23 on back cover The etchings in the deadwax are identical to the etchings in the deadwax of the original 1957 mono release with the 767 Lex. Ave. address on the labels, but omit the so-called Plastylite "ear", which points directly to this reissue having been released after United Artists became the owner of the Blue Note catalog, changing pressing plants -ending the contract with Plastylite, hence the absence of the "ear" etching in the deadwax- and using up original Blue Note labels. It also means that the metal work for this reissue was made from original 1957 lacquers as cut by Rudy van Gelder.
