UK release. Comes in a matte single sleeve with a white generic innersleeve with "Patent Nos. 1,125,555 Made In Great Britain" print. Some of the sleeves comes with a round blue sticker about the poster. A huge poster of 88 x 58 cm was also there. Produced by Doug Bennett + O at Olympic Studios, Barnes March/May 1976.
