On this first pressing, the STEREO notation on the record label is just above the center hole. The title of the album is below the center hole. (NOTE: The album is not true stereo-- it is electronically-processed stereo from a mono master recording.) It does not appear that white label promotional albums were manufactured for this album-- however, copies of this commercial stereo pressing were distributed as promo copies, with a white sticker attached to the cover. The sticker reads: PROMOTION COPY NOT FOR SALE.
