The Japanese release of 4 Symphonien as one of the first title of the "Complete Collection of Grammophon Symphonies" series by Polydor K. K. Japan, which was to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Polydor Co., Ltd. and the 75th anniversary of Polydor International.

Housed in a gatefold box with 8 page booklet.

"ANNIVERSARY EDITION THE SYMPHONY" is printed on the front cover.
