Japanese promotional pressing in gatefold cover with obi, poster & 2 inserts; oval "SAMPLE" sticker on front cover. Promotional labels have both 見本盤 ("Sample Disc") and 非売品 ("Not For Sale") printed on them. 2 inserts comprise 4-page lyrics in English & Japanese plus a photo of the band with song titles/writing credits/band credits on reverse. Poster insert is 3-fold "Fat Bottom Girls" bicycle race poster, pink on reverse, approx. 12” x 36”.
