Description

Good sound as an acoustic guitar, ease of use. The ability to output raw sound as an electric instrument. A silhouette that brings together everything and showcases Yamaha's distinctive character. The "CPX Series" exudes both performance and beauty.

The model we received this time is the "CPX900 BS" from 2008! An electric-acoustic model equipped with SRT pickup. BS represents the Brown Sunburst color.

Yamaha's popular "LJ" Medium Jumbo body shape achieves both sufficient volume and comfortable playability. The CPX further deepens the bout cutaway to enhance playability. Features a Spruce top, Flame Maple sides & back, Nato neck, Rosewood fingerboard & bridge, deep body, and cutaway design.

Equipped with the "A.R.T. Pickup System (SYSTEM57)", which eliminates the characteristic hardness inherent to traditional piezo pickups. By directly capturing the vibration of the soundboard with our proprietary contact pickup, the guitar's natural air quality and percussive body slap sounds can be output to the line with utmost naturalness. From strokes to fingerpicking touches, every nuance is reproduced faithfully, delivering delicate yet straightforward sound output.

Among Japanese-made guitars, you'll become captivated by Yamaha's distinctive quality and reliability, along with its crystalline and brilliant tone! Highly recommended for those who want to own their first electro-acoustic guitar.
