Paul Reed Smith(PRS) Standard Satin 22 Charcoal 2007
Description
Paul Reed Smith(PRS) Standard Satin 22 Charcoal 2007
Paul Reed Smith's "Standard Satin (Striped)" model, introduced around 2007, is a series characterized by an all-mahogany body with a satin finish, rich tone that showcases the wood's texture, and excellent cost performance.
This time we have in stock a 2007 model "Standard Satin 22" with 22 frets. The neck shape is Wide Fat (pattern), the color is Charcoal Satin, and the weight is 3.52kg.
A beautiful all-mahogany body with classic curves and shape. Features a mahogany neck and East Indian Rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with bird inlays (adopted until around 2008), locking tuners, and nickel hardware—a solid configuration and appearance that is unmistakably PRS.
Features covered "Dragon 2 Treble / Bass" pickups that express picking nuances more accurately, delivering a pleasant vintage sound from clean to crunch. The classical control layout with volume/tone and rotary pickup selector is a design that strikes a chord with longtime PRS fans.
This guitar has a sweet front tone and luster characteristic of mahogany, with a unique playability, offering comfortable drive and warm clean tones. Compared to Gibson, this is lighter, and far superior in ease of play on stage compared to a Les Paul. Particularly high playability in high positions, and the no-nonsense appearance suits any genre. A truly excellent guitar.
Some people say that PRS guitars with rotary selectors sound better, and I certainly agree. While blade or toggle switches are admittedly more convenient, this inconvenience aside, the sound quality makes me want to choose this one. With the same quality as the Custom 24, it has a proper mahogany-characteristic sound and excellent craftsmanship—this is genuinely a great guitar.
Moreover, this guitar has been refretted at our store, so the playability is like new. It also has the character of wear from use, making it ready to perform immediately!!
