The Gibson Les Paul Custom, which debuted in 1954 as a premium model of Gibson's flagship lineup, has arrived in Ebony color, 1979 manufacture. The weight is 4.72kg.

A specification change was made starting in 1975, featuring what is called a "pancake body" with maple sandwiched between mahogany—a specification emblematic of the 1970s. The rare specification of an ebony fingerboard with chrome hardware captivates Gibson fans. The pegs feature "Gibson" markings. It is equipped with 2 covered-type humbucker pickups with PAT NO and date markings on the reverse. Both the pots and pickups were manufactured in 1978, suggesting they are original.

Speaking of 1970s Custom models with chrome hardware, recently B'z's Matsumoto has been using an individual he named "Kiyomasa," which has become quite popular. You might also consider modifying this with a mirror pickguard for a John Sykes-style look. 【Appearance & Condition】The parts show tarnish, rust, and scratches, and the body has overall marks and dents. The neck back, sides, and binding show peeling and scratches, but these do not affect playability. The pickguard is missing. The head back bears "DJ" engraving, and there are traces of other engravings being sanded off. The bridge has been replaced.
