MION is one of only a few shops in Japan recognized by Taylor Japan to have an "Independent Repair Technician" on staff. In addition to receiving after-sales care such as repairs and maintenance after purchase, we also serve as a shop where you can bring in Taylor guitars even after the warranty period has expired. We are committed to further expanding our sales of new Taylor guitars.

We have just received the latest Taylor model, the "314c Next Generation," which our shop recommends. This is the latest series "non-pickup equipped" version, selected after careful consultation between our staff and our "Independent Repair Technician" who knows Taylor guitars inside and out. This is essentially a specially positioned model that is rarely found on display in stores.

■ 300 Series "Premium Specification" Sound Design
Taylor's 300 series is made in San Diego, El Cajon. The combination of Sapele solid wood sides and back with a Sitka Spruce solid wood top produces Taylor's signature tone with rich midrange and excellent tonal cohesion. The finish also features a gloss coating, creating a luxurious appearance.

■ Universally Appealing 314 (GA) Size
Thanks to the Grand Auditorium body's excellent balance and cutaway design, it delivers stable performance in all settings—from fingerstyle to strumming, singer-songwriter arrangements, and ensemble playing.

■ Newly Developed Action Control Neck
By adopting a long tenon neck joint, the vibration transmission efficiency between body and neck is enhanced, realizing warm tone and rich sustain. Additionally, by simply adjusting a bolt inside the sound hole, quick and accurate string height adjustment is possible without removing the neck or strings. This flexible system easily accommodates changes in playing style and seasonal/environmental conditions. It's a compelling new and unique neck structure.

■ No Pickup → Pure Acoustic Taylor
By omitting the pickup, those who may have associated Taylor with electric-acoustic guitars will be amazed at how distinctly acoustic the instrument sounds in its original form. Particularly the high-frequency clarity and response speed are markedly different, allowing you to fully appreciate the pure, unplugged acoustic sound quality.

After auditioning all of the new models equipped with the newly developed "Claria" pickup system, our staff felt that the "ES2" was more user-friendly. For this reason, we have stocked this non-pickup-equipped model. For those who don't have opportunities to perform on stage, you can use it as is and purchase it at a more affordable price than the "314ce Next Generation." And even if you later plan to perform on stage, you have the option to retrofit your preferred pickup system, which in a sense offers a wide range of choices. (Pickup installation requires a separate service fee and the cost of the pickup unit itself.)
