A "Made in Canada" sticker is on the shrinkwrap of the rear jacket. However, since this information is only represented by a sticker and not printing directly on the labels or sleeve, a Manufactured By credit for the GZ Media subsidiary Precision Record Pressing was not assigned.
Although the year on the lower rear jacket states 2015, a release year of 2018 was derived from the sequencing of the GZ Media matrix number.
