Notes
The title, 禅 只管打坐, translates to "Zen Shikantaza." The text at the bottom of the cover, 1970年11月～12月福井県曹洞宗大本山永平寺にて録音, roughly translates to "November - December 1970 Recording in Fukui Prefecture of Sotoshu Daihonzan Eiheiji [the Monks of Eiheiji Temple]." The box set comes with a gatefold inner sleeve and a thick 7" x 7" booklet with text (in Japanese) and photographs.
