Catalogue number 'Fact Seventy Four' on sleeve rear and insert / 'Fact 74' on labels. Includes a 12" square die-cut insert with single-sided print. The correct track order is as printed on rear sleeve, the ones printed on side A and B label are both wrong. Both labels differing from the ones appearing on any other issue. Track durations are not printed on the release.
