Recorded during the North American Tour March/April 1977.

Issued in gatefold sleeve. Some copies have a hype sticker added to the front sleeve: "Recorded live in America"

Some copies have a gold CBS promotion stamp on the back sleeve.

Measured mass of variant 1 records: 109 g (Disc 1), 112 g (Disc 2).

All text on runout is hand etched, except for "ATLANTIC STUDIOS G.P.", which is machine stamped.
