This version has an obi which advertises that this album was a selection in the Japanese magazine Adlib for 1982. Embossed gatefold sleeve. Issued with a four-page fold-out lyrics insert in English and Japanese and an eight-page booklet featuring discography and biographical information about Stevie. The vinyl colour looks black, but when held to a strong light source it is a dark olive translucent. Rear sleeve incorrectly lists "Isn't She Lovely" as being D1 and "I Wish" as being D2, but in fact the order is reversed.
