Two dust sleeves with photos, detailed credits and lyrics. Separate Heart shaped title sticker. The postcard for "The New Breed" fan club is part of the additional four-panel insert with Japanese liner notes and translated lyrics (March 9, 1987). From the Obi: "Sign 'o' the Times, The Alarm Continues To Ring". "Original Sticker Included" referring to heart-shaped sticker which unlike other vinyl releases is not affixed to the front cover. Also mentions this release contains the last recording of The Revolution on Track D2 (live in Paris), as the band was dissolved after their Yokohama Stadium tour performance.
