Recorded at the Alexandra Palace, London, 5th December 2005. Issued in a gatefold sleeve with printed innersleeves containing credits. EP issued in a black "Extended Play" die-cut sleeve with multicoloured writing. Running order on the rear sleeve lists the EP tracks between sides 3 & 4 of the LP track list (Same running order as the double CD). The Italian rights society SIAE is misspelled as "SAIE" o rear sleeve.
