Japanese gatefold issue with obi & 10-page picture/lyric/liner-note/poster "booklet" glued to inner gatefold. Pages 5-8 are removable and feature a poster of Neil with guitar. Appears to be the first issue, with different runout matrix numbers & lower price than found on this (later issue?): [r=5735826] Recorded in concert at The Greek Theatre, Los Angeles on August 24, 1972.
