Promo release with normal WEA labels that both have the promotional symbols (見本品 / 見本盤) on them. There is also a white "Sample (見本盤)" sticker on the front of the sleeve.
Comes with a double sided black and white insert which has a bio in Japanese (Michinari Yamada - '82.1.29) on one side and lyrics in English (transcribed by Linda Hennrick) on the other.
