Rare Japan-only release, pressed in unknown quantities. Due to the unofficial nature of the film, this soundtrack was never released on United Artist Records; home of the majority of James Bond soundtracks up until 1985. Comes with high quality paper insert listing track titles in English and Japanese text. Both the outer sleeve and the insert contain several spelling errors; including names in track titles and in the lyrics for the songs. Track length for A8 is missing from the rear cover but is printed on the paper insert. Also contains a colour inner sleeve printed with the United Artists Records name and logo. Although Michel Legrand is credited with writing the tracks, no artist is mentioned on the outer sleeve. The front cover simply states "Sean Connery is 007 in Never Say Never Again." "Licensed by Helard Music., Japan." (sp. Herald) Manufactured and Distributed by King Record Co., Ltd. Japan. Printed in Japan by RI 1983. ¥2,800 JASRAC logo on apples
