Matte gatefold sleeve with a pop-up of the band inside gatefold. There is a wraparound obi that covers all of the front cover and back except for left and right edges. "World New Rock" is die-cut in the front of the obi with "Series No. 12" printed under die-cut. Japanese and English tracklistings and Japanese language liner notes are on the back of the obi, and inside of back of obi there are English lyrics to songs. The Japanese language liner notes are dated 1st October 1969. This "World New Rock Series" was a special limited series by Victor Company Of Japan, Ltd., and this was #12 of 15 different LPs in the total series. On sheet on back of obi it states "Manufactured by Victor Record Company Ltd. Japan by Agreement with Cosdel Inc." "The cover was based on ideas from Terry Ellis and John Williams and printed from woodcuts by New York graphic artist, Jimmy Grashow." Virgin (see thru) vinyl.

Semi-gloss gatefold sleeve with band 'pop-up' on opening and a "Rock Joy" obi. There is a double-sided 12" insert featuring Japanese and English tracklistings, Japanese liner notes dated 1st October 1969, track durations and English lyrics. Track durations are also present on labels.
Track A3, "Bourée", is represented in English as "Bouree" on side A label and on the insert.
The other Japanese pressing 29271079 with the same catalogue number but made by Warner-Pioneer Corporation, has a green / white obi.
