Inner sleeve notes: "THIS ALBUM DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF CARL DEAN RADLE".

Radle had been a close associate of Eric Clapton's since 1969 when they worked together with Delaney and Bonnie playing bass guitar on a number of their LPs, and touring with Clapton. Radle died in May of 1980.

Recorded at Compass Point Studios, Nassau, Bahamas.
