Starman c/w Suffragette City

Issued with a picture insert in an RCA Japan company sleeve with liner notes in Japanese and English lyrics to both tracks on the reverse. Runouts are stamped. Note: there are several distinct pressings of this single which stayed in print longer than most. This is the second variation, see chronology below. The picture insert states "Manufactured by Victor Musical Industries, Inc., Tokyo, Japan", while the labels state "Manufactured by Victor Company Of Japan Ltd., Yokohama, Japan". However, first issue tri-centre ("propeller" centre) copies, including promos, were also sold with this same configuration and no inserts with the Yokohama address are documented. More importanly, these early sleeves all include the 〄 (JIS logo) on the front and back of the insert to the right of the price.
