Issued in RCA Japan company sleeve with picture insert featuring liner notes in Japanese and lyrics to side A in English. ℗ '73 RCA Records Front insert photograph of the single is an uncredited lift of the image from the back cover of the 1973 LP release ‘Space Oddity’. For the white label promo version of this release see [r=9343550]. Some early copies of this single included a pre-order form for [r=3974773] (RCA-6100) - see images. It notes Aladdin Sane will be released on May 25th and that the album will include a bonus color poster. The reverse of the form includes info on the four Bowie albums currently on sale and lists Bowie performance dates in Japan for the month of April.
