Japanese black / multi colored label reissue supplied with new picture sleeve. Catalog number "SMM-1037" appears on front and back cover, the one without hyphen "SMM 1037" appears on center labels.

This LP is a "bonus" edition of previously issued Japanese LPs by Nippon Columbia on mono and stereo in April 1963. Tracks "Il Primo Bacio E L'Ultimo" and "Ho Bisogno Di Vederti", which from the opening sections to sides A and B, do not appear on the original "Modern Italian Hits" collection. Both have been frequently included in Japanese LP, cassette and cartridge compilations, but, extraordinarily, apart from an appearance on a special all-star compilation, "Ho Bisogno Di Vederti" did not appear on a Connie Francis album in Italy until Polydor 2486 213 "5346982" in the early eighties, while "Il Primo Bacio E L'Ultimo" had yet to be included in an Italian solo album in any format.
