Matte sleeve with yellow/blue obi. There is a 6-page insert, of which pages 1, 2, 5 and 6 are as one sheet and is the Japanese section of the insert. Page 1 contains Japanese and English tracklistings, track durations, two different sets of Japanese liner notes, both dated October 1978, while there are Japanese lyrics on pages 2 and 5 and there is a photo of Cat Stevens on page 6. Pages 3 and 4 is a loose leaf and is entirely in English, with musician, technical and graphic/art credits on page 3 and English lyrics on page 4. Japanese release title バック・トゥ・アース only present on obi and not on insert. ℗© 1978 A&M Records, Inc. "Made in Japan" on back cover. Runouts stamped.
