Issued with a gold wraparound cover sheet which, when in shrinkwrap, obscured the profanity in Dylan's rear-sleeve notes.
First issues had a clear hype sticker reading 'BOB DYLAN', with the catalogue number in small print; Dylan's name does not otherwise appear on the front sleeve.
