The model we've just received in stock is the NT-S4, an electroacoustic model using classic materials and parts! The color is VNT, manufactured in 2024.
The compact, thin small body S-shape delivers excellent fit and responsive playability to the performer's body. It features deep, resonant tone with soft warmth, yet bright and crisp sound. With well-balanced response across all frequency ranges that doesn't overpower, this is an excellent partner even for singer-songwriters with quieter vocal projection.
Lightweight yet excellent in durability, Adirondack spruce—characterized by dynamic and bright tone quality—is used for the top. Combined with mahogany back and sides, it delivers responsive sound that is its greatest appeal. The fretboard features the classic rosewood. Its warm texture with moderate oil content is characteristic, offering excellent note attack and a rich mid-range sound.
The neck features a soft V-shape in lower positions considering chord work, and a U-shape in higher positions supporting technical fingering. By transitioning seamlessly from the nut to the body, it achieves high playability. The neck-to-body junction is reinforced, preventing neck lift or drop while improving the unity between neck and body. With vibration transfer enhanced, it produces sound with excellent attack and sustain.
GOTOH-manufactured tuning machines are used, also employed by numerous guitar brands. Reliable quality maintains tuning stability. It's equipped with FISHMAN-manufactured pickups, which have a solid reputation for sound quality and tonal balance. Volume and tone controls are mounted on the upper part of the sound hole for excellent operability during live performances and recording. A dedicated gig case is included for easy carrying, strap-friendly design, and safe transport.
