Mosrite The Ventures Model Surf Green (Kurogummo)
History of the "Mosrite Ventures Model" began in 1963, and it remains a standard model beloved by many artists to this day, despite various specification changes over the years. It has been used not only in surf music, but also in punk rock, and has been favored by numerous guitarists including The Ventures, The Ramones, Takeshi Terauchi, and Yuzo Kayama.
This time, we have received a Mosrite in Surf Green color that appears to be made by Kurogummo. The weight is 3.51 kg.
The headstock features the "The Ventures Model" logo, and the tremolo reads "EXCELLENT". The output jack is located on the pickguard. It is equipped with "1800F" and "1800R" pickups. With its familiar specs including a slim neck, narrow metal nut, and 0 fret, this is an instrument where you can truly feel the quality of Mosrite. The pickups feature high output and deliver a powerful, distinctive Mosrite sound.
We have crowned the frets and replaced the nut and two pots at our shop, so the playing condition is excellent. This model offers great value for money and is well-made.
