HISTORY HST-Standard/VC 3TS 2024
Description
HISTORY HST-Standard/VC 3TS 2024
A domestic guitar and bass brand handled by Shimamura Gakki, "HISTORY (History)".
This time we've received the "HST-Standard/VC" from the "Vintage-Collection," which combines the comfortable playability of the legendary Standard series with specs full of vintage taste! 2024 model, 3TS color, weight is 3.26kg.
A hybrid model mixing vintage taste with comfortable playability.
Features a relatively lightweight and easy-to-handle basswood body. It has a flat, manageable tone, allowing for sound design that takes advantage of effects, amplifiers, and other equipment.
The grip shape transitions seamlessly from a soft V-shape suitable for chord playing in lower positions to a U-shape suitable for single-note playing in higher positions. The satin finish on the surface provides a smooth texture that doesn't get sticky with hand perspiration.
Uses an original joint plate with the palm area rounded. Adopts a design that keeps the body-side cutout to a minimum, with an awareness of reproducing traditional sound.
Volume and tone use high-quality parts from top American brands: CTS for the volume/tone controls and Switchcraft for the output jack. The tuning pegs and tremolo unit, which are crucial for tuning accuracy and sound, are Japanese-made parts.
The truss rod adjustment port for adjusting neck relief is positioned at the head (nut) side. The neck doesn't need to be removed and can be adjusted at any time according to environmental changes.
Features 22 frets, one more than typical guitars of this style. The added semitone significantly expands the range of songs you can play. The fingerboard radius (R) has been set to 250R to match modern playing styles.
Recommended as a first guitar for beginners and as a different style option for experienced players.
