Description

From the late 1960s through the early 1970s, adventurous guitarists "hot-rodded" the Telecaster, equipping it with powerful humbucker pickups in the front position, bringing new style and presence to rock music.

We have now received the Fender Japan Telecaster Custom model "TC72" in black color. The weight is 3.38kg.

This unit bears an S-series "Crafted in Japan" marking, so it is highly likely to be an instrument manufactured by Dyna Gakki between 2006 and 2008. The neck features the "TC72" marking. (The 2006-2007 catalog shows "TC72-78" marking, but this is simply a different designation for the same model)

Specifications feature a wide-range ash body combined with single-coil and humbucker pickups.
Despite the affordable price point, it boasts high quality throughout, with hat-shaped control knobs, large pickguard, and three-point neck joint, achieving excellent reproduction of the classic appearance. The fact that it doesn't look too pristine actually makes it cooler, in our opinion.
