Description
Fender Japan ST57 w/ Eric Daw Stratocaster Pickups Set
The Fender Japan Stratocaster "ST57," which continues to enjoy high popularity even after production ended, has arrived in stock! This model recreates the Stratocasters of the 1950s, finished in Sunburst color.
This is an "R" serial "Crafted in Japan" specimen, which we can confirm was assembled by Dyna Musical Instruments between 2004 and 2006. With assembly performed in Japan, it maintains stable quality and excellent cost performance, while realizing modern playability suitable for various styles.
Features a Basswood body, Maple neck, and Maple fingerboard with 21 frets. Controls are simple: 1VOL / 2TONE (non-functional on rear) and 5-way selector.
Additionally, our store has replaced the pickups on this instrument with Eric Daw Stratocaster (aged) pickups. Hand-wound pickups by Eric Daw, a guitar craftsman from Idaho known for custom pickup manufacturing. These are direct-drive pickup windings created after studying the early pickup winding devices of 1950s electric guitar pioneers, with each one wound by hand. These are brand new units manufactured on May 30, 2024.
※Please note that the original pickups are not included.
We have also upgraded the capacitors, pots, wiring materials, and more, so this is a product we deliver with confidence. This is your opportunity to own a Fender Japan that is popular overseas as well.
