From the late 1960s through the early 1970s, adventurous guitarists "hot-rodded" the Telecaster by mounting powerful Humbucker pickups in the front position, bringing new style and presence to rock music.
Inheriting that legend, the Fender Mexico-made Classic Series "Classic Series '72 Telecaster Custom" has arrived in stock. Manufactured in 2000, weighing 3.53kg.
Faithfully reproducing the original specifications from the early 1970s, featuring the distinctive "Fender Wide Range Humbucker" humbucking pickup, large pickguard, hat-shaped control knobs, and more—recreating every detail from that era.
Combining an Alder body with a C-grip Maple neck, featuring a Rosewood fingerboard with 21 frets and 7.25" radius. Equipped with American Vintage-style saddle and bridge. The 3-point neck joint, Bullet-style truss rod, and F-stamped pegs are also part of what makes this model so popular.
From 1970s rock to contemporary UK alternative rock. This model is beloved by a wide range of players. Sonically, it captures all the key points of the Telecaster Custom, and overall it left a very good impression.
