Fender American Stratocaster MN BLK 2002
Description
Fender American Stratocaster MN BLK 2002
The Fender "American Standard," a staple model of the Fender USA regular line produced for 30 years since its debut in 1986, commonly known as "Amesta," has arrived in stock as a Stratocaster.
A 2002 manufacture "American Stratocaster" in black color with maple fingerboard specification! Weight is 3.63kg.
During this period, the name "American Standard" changed to just "American" for some reason, but the specifications and construction remained basically the same, featuring an alder body with maple neck & maple fingerboard 22F and standard wood materials. Of course, the joint is 4-point mounting with bolt-on construction. Features include a 9.5R radius with medium jumbo frets and a 2-point bridge for easy arm operation. Controls consist of Volume, Tone (Front), Tone (Center & Rear), and the pickup selector is 5-way. The guitar is equipped with 3 "American Standard Single-Coil Strat" pickups that appear to be original. Other electronics also appear to be original. We have cleaned the potentiometers here.
The Amesta is an ultra-long-selling model, but while many models like the Eric Clapton model adopt TBX tone, this one has standard tone. It is full of charm.
The combination of black color and maple fingerboard, as used by Clapton, is timeless. Despite being over 20 years since manufacture, it gives the impression of using high-quality wood compared to current models. It's a great guitar that helps you understand why it's still loved by musicians!
We have leveled and crowned the frets at our shop, so the playing condition is excellent!
