Fender American Standard Stratocaster Black 2011
Description
Fender American Standard Stratocaster Black 2011
Since its debut in 1986, the Fender American Standard Stratocaster, a standard model in Fender USA's regular line produced for 30 years, commonly known as "Amesta," has arrived in stock.
2011 model, black color, maple fingerboard specification, weight 3.55kg.
Featuring standard wood materials with alder body, modern C-shape maple neck & maple fingerboard with 22 frets, and bolt-on joint with 4-point attachment. Characterized by an easy-to-operate 2-point bridge, the saddle features a vintage-type saddle that was renewed in 2008.
While the Amesta is an ultra-long-selling model, this model belongs to the middle position between the early versions (until 2007) and the later upgraded version (2012 onwards) where the pickups became Custom Shop-made with contour processing added, and it is full of charms different from either.
Personally, I don't think the later upgraded version is that different, and models from any period have the standard Amesta sound and playability, so I think it's good to choose by color and condition. There are also small differences like the TBX tone becoming a no-load control.
This one features a classic black color with maple fingerboard - a Clapton-like color scheme. It's a great guitar that helps you understand why it's beloved by musicians!!
