Yamaha's traditional L sound produced by the original jumbo body. This time, the popular acoustic guitar "LL6 ARE" has arrived in stock! This is a 2017 model.
The top is made of solid Engelmann spruce with A.R.E treatment applied, and further improved bracing design delivers a more powerful and larger sound while maintaining excellent volume balance. Additionally, it features a passive-type pickup that matches the needs of modern guitarists, delivering high expressive power.
Improvements have been made to fine details including string spacing, string height, fingerboard binding, and neck taper. A new neck shape that better fits guitarists has been born. The new neck design delivers stable grip and smooth playability from high positions to low positions.
Piezo elements are placed under the saddle for each string. The passive-type pickup requires no power source for the guitar body, and since no preamp or battery box is attached to the guitar itself, the acoustic guitar maintains its original appearance while faithfully reproducing the dynamic sound of the L series. While minimizing the impact of the pickup on the natural sound, it also commands a distinct presence during band performances.
The "LL16" and "LL26" are excellent guitars, but some players find this "LL6" more impressive. Despite being priced much more affordably compared to other models, there is a certain number of players who prefer the "6" even so—a fact that demonstrates Yamaha's high technical capabilities.
