The original jumbo body produces the traditional L sound of Yamaha. This time, the popular acoustic guitar "LL16" has arrived in stock! It is a 2011 model.
In March 2014, YAMAHA's L series underwent a full renewal for the first time in approximately 10 years. This model features the specifications from before that renewal.
Original jumbo body with solid Engelmann spruce top, solid rosewood sides & back, and ebony fingerboard. Non-scalloped X bracing is employed. The neck features the traditional 3-piece construction, offering reliable design.
Gold tuning pegs. Abalone shell hole rosette and fingerboard dot inlays create an elegant appearance. Ivory binding and gloss finish provide a luxurious yet unpretentious design.
Additionally, no pickup is installed, making this a pure acoustic guitar. Improvements were made along with ARE, but Yamaha's technology was already excellent at that time, and many players actually prefer the pre-ARE version. When playing this instrument, it produces a versatile tone and is a very well-made guitar. Capable of handling a wide range of styles from arpeggios to strumming and fingerstyle playing, this is a popular model. The condition is quite good, and the LL16 from the L series is definitely a model we can recommend.
