Martin D-28 SQ 1975
Description
Martin D-28 SQ 1975
The Martin D-28, the most famous model from Martin, a representative acoustic guitar, has arrived in stock! This is a 1977 model, a standard instrument that has received overwhelming support from world-renowned musicians.
Although the D-28 has slight specification variations depending on the era, this particular instrument features the square rod structure from the late 1970s. The basic structure is nearly identical to current models, and it is characterized by Martin's powerful bass and well-balanced harmonic resonance.
Crafted with a spruce top and rosewood sides and back. The D-28 from this period features large dot position inlays and Grover pegs. The D-28 sound, born from the finest wood materials and created through cutting-edge technology and the skilled craftsmanship of master luthiers, is truly exceptional.
The neck features a slightly narrow nut width, designated as "Narrow" at 42.9mm width with a soft V-shape. The neck is currently in good condition with slight forward bow, and the string action is set slightly higher to take advantage of chord strokes.
This instrument has been professionally set up at our shop and is in excellent playing condition. Please enjoy the high-quality 1970s Martin sound that flexibly accommodates all genres.

• If any buzzing, dead spots, or other issues that significantly impair playability are found, we will always note them. If no such notation is present, we determine that there are no issues with the playing condition.
• Unless explicitly stated as "Original" or "Replacement," we do not make definitive determinations regarding specifications or condition.
• Regarding the truss rod, from a product protection standpoint, we only check approximately 45 degrees in both the tightening and loosening directions. (If "room available" is noted, this indicates approximately 45 degrees of clearance in both directions.)
